I'm a structural engineer who loves turning ideas into buildable, well-checked structures. I design reinforced-concrete and steel — from analysis and member design through CAD/BIM detailing to delivery on site — and I research cold-formed steel behaviour through finite element modelling. I'm progressing toward Chartered Engineer (CEng) with the ICE, and I'm always up for a good engineering challenge. Let's build something that stands the test of time.

Profile

MSc-qualified civil and structural engineer with 2+ years across reinforced-concrete design, structural analysis, CAD detailing and construction-stage delivery.

I engineer multi-storey RC framing — beams, columns, slabs and foundations — in STAAD.Pro and ETABS, validate it against manual calculations, and produce construction-ready packages through AutoCAD and Revit/BIM workflows. On site, I've led delivery, run 50+ structural inspections and resolved contractor RFIs with CDM-aware practice.

Alongside delivery, I research cold-formed steel behaviour through finite element modelling in ANSYS, and I'm building depth toward UK consultancy work in Tekla Structural Designer, IDEA StatiCa and Tekla Tedds.

Research

Cold-Formed Steel · Web Crippling

Finite element modelling of unlipped channel sections under Concentrated loads

FE modelling in ANSYS Mechanical APDL of cold-formed steel unlipped channels under End-Two-Flange (ETF) and Interior-Two-Flange (ITF) loading conditions, validated against AISI S100 and Eurocode 3 Part 1.3. Originated as my MSc dissertation and extended into ongoing ITF research.

In preparation: Combined ETF/ITF manuscript on CFS web crippling for Thin-Walled Structures.
